moderation
I sometimes get on an egg kick and have one everyday. In fact I did this during most of the months that I was losing the weight. My cholesterol levels never spiked but I was watching my entire food intake very carefully. I felt the egg was an important part of my diet to get my protein and fat numbers in proper proportion to my carbs.

Eggs
Eggs are great way to get protein. I think eggs get a bad wrap on the cholesterol levels. If your having bacon eggs hash browns and white bread everyday ok check your cholesterol level. Eggs in moderation are a important part of my diet.

Agree!
I also agree about eggs getting a bad rap. I have a whole egg about twice a week and egg whites most days.

Eggs Are Good
I agree that eggs are a great source of protein and positive addition to a healthy eating plan. It's usually the foods that are paired with the eggs that deserve the bad rap, not the egg. When I was losing weight, I ate an egg everyday for breakfast.
