Enerygy
I have been working out for three months now am watching what I eat and trying to eat right but am exhausted all the time any suggestions on how to get my energy back??

to your lack of energy
you have to make sure your getting enough sleep first of all. drinking enough water, and eating healthy during the day and making sure your replenishing your energy with food after work outs. for example banana chips are good snack or almonds after a work out. all you need is a hand full and you should be good. they also make drinks at GNC or other stores like that for after work outs.
