Ever heard of dried cilantro?
I am so tired of throwing away fresh cilantro because it only keeps for a short time but have never seen dried cilantro. I know that you can purchase dried parsley but unsure about dried cilantro. Anyone out there knows?????

cilentro
When Cilentro is dried it doesn't have the flavor that fresh has. However you can dry it yourself buy hanging it upside down and let it dry then put in a jar. It does freeze will so you can chop it up and place in a freezer container or small freezer bags. Same with chives. But your best bet is to start your self a little kitchen garden fresh is best. Have any other questions about herbs just blog me. I raise alot of herbs.
