Exercise
Are you able to stick to a routine?
Do you rotate your exercises?
I have backed off resistance training (shoulder barking), what can I do to
supplement my cardio workouts. (I try to do some pushups and situps)??

Choose a training method
The training method you select should reflect your present fitness level and your future goals. You have to decide what training method is best for you. Do you want to gain muscle size, strength,or definition. A good way to decide which method is best for you, is to examine your present physique and determine your objectives.A realistic schedule is both safer and easier to follow. I will help you build a program but all I know is your a 54 year old male. Do you have a gym membership.

exercise
I do not have a gym membership,
but do have access to my school's fitness center.
I ride the bike there and do some elliptical.
I used to bench and do some curls there,
I'm active (I play hoops 2 x/wk and softball once, plus daily workouts)
Thanks
