Exercise Vs. Diet
Obviously we all know diet and exercise go hand and hand. However, I find myself with limited time these days and less time to exercise...is it still possible to lose those last five lbs while working out less?

Yes and No

If you exercise less you run the risk of lossing muscle. But just because you went from exercising for 30mins a day to 10mins (just an example) doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't going to have a less effective workout. Try to do a total body workout instead of going for that walk or jog. Sometimes you can burn more calories in a 10min workout than in a 30min one.

Also, have a recovery drink (something with a bit of protein in it) after your workout. Protein helps build and repair muscles, that way it will help prevent some muscle loss.

Hope that helps ya
