Exercise and Fitness!
What is your current exercise or fitness goal? *
I am trying to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day
+
get at least 3 days per week over 20,000 steps.
+
I am working on increasing my daily push-up reps
+
I am aiming to be more consistent in my Curves attendance (minimum 4 days per week)
* my motivation for this post was to remove the spam from the top of this forum ;)

I currently-unfortunately- do not have one...
I walk plenty of steps but they are not consistent steps, they are "daily steps" which I know count, but are not "cardiovascular" or "exercise session" related. They are just cumulative.
Having your fitbit probably makes it more fun!! I am just in a rut, no breakthroughs to speak of, just holding on.
Good job on blasting the spam.
