Exercise programs and workout tracker
I *think* I've figured out the workout tracker (need to enter activities & save. ok got that one!). But I'm having trouble with see my exercises for my exercise program?? It's the FitClick Beginner Toning for Women. It only shows day 1 & day 2. I have no idea what strength exercises I need to do tomorrow. It makes it had to schedule my time if I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing?
Anyone know how to get day 3?? (I guess day 4, day 5,.....)

Workout tracker
It's best to create your own exercise program. Cardio days strength days and days off. Do one week worth then it will just keep rolling out the weeks for you. You can swap out exercises add delete.
