Exercising and Diet
Has anybody here found success with a diet with little to no variety? IE having two or three different days of meals and rotating these days throughout the week. I have a lot of trouble cutting weight because I don't have a strict plan for eating so I always end up having random meals full of fats and extra carbs.

I also have a hard time getting into cardio, I find cardio at the gym extremely boring.. I can't make myself run or bike on a stationary for more than 10 or 15 minutes without getting sick to death of it. How have people here coped with that?

I work for a sports nutrition brand, Force Factor, and I use a few of our products to help with my fitness routine. If anybody has questions about our products or brand you can reach out to me as a resource, I'm not here to advertise but I can offer feedback and answer questions.

I'd love to hear some feedback about the diet and exercise tips.

The club offer games from programming. Since it was a goliath Yukon Gold Casino reward I decided to make a record and put away a portion there. After I set to the side a portion, the extra was therefore upheld.
