Exercising and Diet
Has anybody here found success with a diet with little to no variety? IE having two or three different days of meals and rotating these days throughout the week. I have a lot of trouble cutting weight because I don't have a strict plan for eating so I always end up having random meals full of fats and extra carbs.

I also have a hard time getting into cardio, I find cardio at the gym extremely boring.. I can't make myself run or bike on a stationary for more than 10 or 15 minutes without getting sick to death of it. How have people here coped with that?
