Fat Burn Through Weight Training
I found this great article on achieving better fat burn thorough weight training: http://www.muscleandfitness.com/training/other/10-ways-fight-fat-training. I knew that a more muscular body has a higher metabolism but I didn't know the extent of the extra calorie burn that can be achieved. I definitely need to spend more time with the weights!
