Feeling down and out!
Help--ate out too much this week because of invitations, etc. Need to stop but how?

this is what I do
Hi,
I know the feeling. This is what I did: I didn't stop going out or eating with my friends, normally I try to keep my diet for 6 days during the week and I allow myself to have a day off, where I can eat whatever I want (in moderation, of course). So, if you are in a situation like me I just switch my day off for that day. I also try to eat the most healthiest thing I can find on the menu, and that don't necessary needs to be salad, you can do tacos, fajitas, etc. Also, if I know that I eat a litter to much I double my cardio time at the gym, to make sure I burn those extra calories.

My sisters are always wanting a sister night at least once a week and my step daughter is always wanting to eat out.I try to get grilled chicken or fish or a salad. And fit in extra walking that day or some kinda extra workout. So go a head and enjoy a lil out time.
