Feeling the need for change
Hello everyone! I am 31 years old and mother of an energetic 3 year old. I've been feeling the need to start taking better care of myself because I'm starting to lose energy, gain weight, etc. With the new year coming up (I know, I know...super cliche), I just want to jumpstart my diet/exercise routine and become more healthy again. At this point, I am looking to lose about 15 lbs. My eating habits are the worst. I dont know how it became like this becasue I've always been pretty healthy. But somewhere along the way, it seems I've become clueless as to how to eat right. In any case, I am looking for some support to keep me motivated. I have the desire but I need reminders because food is my weakness. I am going to make an effort, starting today, to eat better and start workign out. But AHHHHHHHHHH....I sure could use any help available :).

Food is my weakness too!
I love food - my husband calls me BIG HUNGRY. I'm always been able to eat whatever I want and it not make a difference to my body or energy at all.

I'm 31 too, 3 kids. I'm tired all the time, not very active, and eat for crap.

I'm starting to track my food and really see what I'm putting in my body. I really love food - flavors, LOVE Food. I know that my belly is seeing the effects of that eating - I look 4-6 months pregnant (just in the belly), but I'm not LOL.

Hopefully we can motivate each other.
