Feta Cheese--guess it is good for you!
I'm sitting here wondering what's for supper tonight and decided on feta cheese salad... I will use greek yogurt too but started wondering bout the benefits of these two ingredients...guess they're good for you!

Try the fat free feta cheese. Tastes the same but has low fat-lower calories and alot less sodium. I am not a fan of greek yougurts, so couldn't help you their. As with anything, moderation is the key.

Feta is ok in some dishes but not a fan. Now if your talking AAA Alberta Beef ribeye steak love it.

in omeletes and on turkey burgers, but sparingly.
