Fibromyalgia and Weight Loss
Hi! I have fibromyalgia and had ballooned up from 140 to 220! My doctor got me down to 200 by fasting 2 days a week because the extra weight is just worse for my pain, plus I just found out I have sciatica!! I have to be very careful on what I do. I can't lift more than 15 lbs, and only short walks. 3 blocks twice a day is all he wants me to do for now until I lose more weight. Anyone have suggestions? I like yoga too, but at the moment, it hurts with the sciatica. I start physical therapy on that friday. I really want to get going on losing! I've been heavy for a few years now and want to feel better and also get into my nice clothes I wore before!! HELP!!!

also have fibromyalgia
I've had fibromyalgia for 10 years now and a new doctor put me on Sevella which is the only med that has help some with the fibromyalgia. The doctor wants me to swim and use an exc. bike. I also went to a chiropractor which is using a new vibrator you stand on made by ProFrom which did more good than anything. I just saw where HSN and Wal-Mart now have a home model at the cost of $599.00. The minute that I was on it what a big change I could feel. I'm also trying a pilates power gym I got from HSN and a Yoka set from Wal-Mart. When I can I'm going to get the home model Vibrator machine
