Finally Loosing
I lost seven pounds since starting to count calories and increase my physical activity on 1/1/12. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal of 175 lbs. at which time I'll set myself another goal to reach my optimal weight, but since I started at 267 I am happy with my 7 lb. loss and the fact that I'm finding dieting easier every day.

feeling hope
water retention is causing me to get discouraged. i know ive been eating the right food and watching what i eat,but cant get accurate wieght,it changes by 5 lbs 3 times a day. but im hanging in there,until im feeling better,i know it will pass soon,it always does.
