i have been on the site for 3 years and have lost 40 lbs
i doubled my strength (weight loss not even my first reason)
awesome recipes, plus you can add your own
with weight training i need allot of protein as well , try shakes or smoothies for protein and i have recently bought a juicer and just do dr oz juice i found to get all my nutrients i was eating all the time
sorry for bad diction on earlier this is officially my first post on any forum ever(only took 40 years )
