First Grocery trip since staring diet
Today I am going to be making my first trip to the grocery store since making the decision that I want to lose weight. I am a huger snaker and what are some healthier snack opitions that aren't going to break the bank. Also what are some foods to absolutly steer clear of.

High fiber oatmeal is good choice, raw almonds to snack on,I love the Laughing Cow cheese its low cal and good for you. I have been making my own 100 calorie snack packs. Its a lot cheaper.

Keep to the outer area of the store
Remember to keep to the outer perimeter of the store where they fresh, whole, raw, foods are and stay away from the processed foods!
