FitClick Support
I NEED SUPPORT FROM FITCLICK AND CAN NOT FIND AN ICON TO CONTACT THEM. I AM HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING MY EXERCISE PROGRAMS. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT IN THE TIME I SPEND DOING THE ACTIVITY. CAN ANYONE HELP ME. I LOVE THE PROGRAM BUT IF I CAN NOT TRACK BOTH FOOD AND EXERCISE IT WILL NOT SATISFY ME. THANK YOU.

Hi! I hope you don't give up :) ... it can be tricky at first but very useful once you get the hang of it...
------
Did you see the column for "target" and "actual" minutes or distance in the workout tracker, next to the exercise?
------
Did you watch the tutorial video available at your news feed? That might be a little helpful.
-------
There is a FitClick Feedback Team that you can post questions to. They see questions there more quickly than on these boards :)
-------
What exercise are you tracking? Maybe I can give more helpful/specific instructions if I know more about your particular situation :)

You can also create your own exercise plan, just takes a little time to set them up. The video should help.

Exercise Tracker
Thank You for your response, it did help but still can not create my own workout. What I want to do is put in a workout on the day I did it enter the time and level and have it record. I can not access the icon to put time and level. I never know what days I am going to work out and what I will be doing., it varies. The tutorial helped a little . Do you have some answers, I would appreciated it.

I am having the same problem. I search an exercise and when I click on it to add in the amount of time the exercise was done, it still shows that I didn't burn any calories when added to my workout tracker. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
