Fitclick app vs, website
The mobile app tells me my daily calorie target is 2040. The website tells me my BMR is 3038. Why such a discrepancy between the two.

Hi jefferycole. Thanks for contacting us. There is no discrepancy. Your daily calorie target and BMR are the same on both the mobile app and the web site. Your calorie target is 2040 (we show a range of 1990 - 2090 on the diet tracker on the site, mid-point is 2040) and your BMR is 3038. You daily calorie target is less because it factors in your weight loss goals, so it is your BMR calorie level less the calorie shortfall needed to be on the proper pace to reach your weight loss goal.

I am still clueless with this.
Eating less, or Just burning more than I eat works.
