Not a fan of Zumba
it's too trendy. Nah, really it's just too hard to keep up with those moves!
I used to love the elliptical, now I can not afford the gym, so I just do my recumbent bike and walk, some yoga booty butt kicking ballet, and weights.

I have a hard time keeping up with all the Zumba moves as well ;) ... doing at Curves is a blast, though, 'cause we all struggle and have great laughs at the same time :)

Playground and mall walkers
Yest at playground a couple of boys were playing a serious game of tag. They were sweating and huffing and puffing. Obviously, kids know the best cardio available is the cardio you just "get" from being a kid. Having a kid makes it easier to have no excuse not to move. Not a proper workout, but lots of movement nontheless!
When I see older folks who move {quickly} easily, walk fast, and buzz by me at the mall, and have no trouble bending etc, it must be because they never stop moving-lessons to learn from the young and the old.
