Free Gym at my local Park-check this out!
I have been using a free gym at my local park....they built a new Green Fields outdoor gym, which requires NO electricity it is all woman/man[powered]. It is truly a "Green" fitness center...in the great outdoors. Check out the video below!!!

Did the community raise money or was it publicly funded?

It was raised by our hospital/medical center....
It was a community effort...the land was donated first...I wish you guys could all come try it out!!!

One problem is not knowing how many calories burned per machine!
I am trying to figure out in the exercise tracker just how much weight I am lifting when it is leveraged-you use your own body weight as the weight...I have seen folks who can not do some of the machines b/c they aren't strong enough. I am going back to their website to get this info.

I will say...I see many can not lift their own body weight...
Even folks who are pretty thin.
I feel pretty strong, but then I figure, I can only do about 8 reps...and my muscles are maxed out to fatigue...still working on the pull up.
