Get Fit Buddies Needed
I am a 30 year old proud mother of two beautiful girls ages 8 and 5. I am here for support and to give some. I need some girl friends, some with the same aspirations and goals as myself. I to want to get fit for myself and to keep up with my energetic girls. I need to lose at least 20 pounds, but would love to lose around 30. So who is with me?

Hi! Welcome and good luck with your goals!
I'm new to this site and i too have a goal to get fit. I am only young (19) but i have become increasingly unfit over the past 5 or so years. My goal is to lose 5 kilos in 6 months, which is plenty of time to lose such a small amount. I am hoping for a steady fitness plan that can go for the length of the 6 months, this way by the time i reach my goal it will be a second nature and I will easily be able to stay fit afterwards. I feel like this is the best way for me to keep the weight off and stay in shape. I know there's an age difference but I'd love anybody to be my fitness buddies! :D

lets be fit buddies
i read your post, and it sounds a bit like me. I am 29 years old and a mother of a 2 year old boy. he has cerebral palsy, so most of my time has been focusing on him. i have forget about myself and let my weight reach a whopping 215lbs. i know...its's shameful. now, my goal is to lose at least 80lbs. do you want to join me in my journey?

Motivation
1 week at counting calories and making better choices. 4lb. Wt. loss this week. I definetly need support. My goal is about 40 lbs. I still will be over weight according to the charts, but 40 would be realistic. I am walking every day, but knee and back problems keep me from walking any great distance. Hopeing that wt. loss will help the old knees and back. Love my carbohydrate foods. Think I am addicted to them. I am a person who likes change, but those carbs are tuff to give up. Thanks for listening

i am in the same boat as you except i work full time and have three kids cant seem to find time to eat healthy ive let my weight get out of control im ready to regain my life back

I am with you! Im looking for a Get Fit Buddy to keep track with me. Something friendly but a little competitive to keep me motivated. I'm trying to lose about 25 pounds before I start college.
