Getting fit for life !
I started this program 1 month ago ,It's great . I've been loosing weight for over a year , but I need more motivation to stay interested . I find this program very good for me , and I work out with my Daughter . We as a team work together with this program , and support each other . I can see that I am toning up , and the jogging is really good . Sometimes it's to cold outside to jog , so we pick differant cardio's in the list provided for us , it's great !I wish I was loosing more weight , but I'm sure it will come off in time .
