The bad freezing weather with SNOW doesn't help motivation
I have no motivation, so what I do is get up and do TABATA...just rounds of 30 sec bursts of exercise, with little 10 sec. rests in between. Just 4 minutes does it. It can be anything...push ups, burpees, jacks, punches, running in place, skipping invisible rope. It's just doing it that I need to keep on top of-
