Go slow but keep going...
One thing I had learned through my many years of yo yo dieting, is that is important to be ok with just dieting at first and then buliding up to working out vice versa. It is not good to demand so much from yourself, esp if you ate whatever you wanted and sat on a couch all day long. I have lost alot of weight and I gained half of it back. I am struggling to just eat a set amount of cals per day, a decent amount but for someone who fell off the wagon after hitting a plateau, I am going to cut myself a break and so should anyone else! The important thing is to not give up, even if you go over, stop and assess that and move on! I am changing my lifestyle this time, I am not in a race to be the best or thinnest person out there, I am just taking it day by day and being me and being ok with me and every pound I have put back on, its part of me...and it will come off , as time passes...I think we sometimes get too gung ho and think we have to be perfect and we are are not, we set ourselves up to fail and fail we will, but that is ok, through all these failures, success will come, have faith in yourself and live in peace and happiness as much as possible too cause stress will make you fat and kill you, eventually.

Slow Burn.
Remember a slow burn is worth the "weight". 3 1/2 years later and about 45 pounds. Not in a hurry and it's staying off.
