Great Grocery Store Finds!!
I thought it would be helpful to share those wonderful and tasty items that keep us on track!
Today I bought Quaker True Delights - dark chocolate raspberry almond! OMGosh!!! Very yummy and satisfying ... it's chewy, chunky, and sweet. Great mid morning snack!!
What are some of your favs? new finds? even an easy recipe?

Rice Cakes
I love the quacker carmel rice cakes when I want something sweet or the cheese rice cakes when I am something salty or cheesey! The store brand rice cakes are also very good, I buy which ever is on sale but they are always pretty cheap!

Oh...
I like the plain lightly salted rice cakes. I actually think they taste good but my mom buys them becuase they're low in... just about everything actually. ^^
I really like that yogurt you can buy with the different toppings in the tops. I like oreo the best an it's only 108 calories so it's good for a little mid morning or mid afternoon slump.
Also, those little Quaker delights are good. I enjoy the ones with dark chocolate most.

Salmon
I get the skinless boneless salmon from chicken of the sea mix up a cup and a half with tapatio a delicious hot sauce and about 10 deli slice jalapenos. mmmmmm very spicy and very tasty plus you get tones of protein and good fats. I do the same thing with 2 cans of tuna for usually lunch or dinner.

Pudding
Try fat free or sugar free pudding to satisfy that sweet tooth. they are typically very low in calories... almost a guilt free snack

GROCERY LIST ELECTRONIC ??
Good ideas - can someone direct me to the "grocery list" location on this site - I love this site and I am having them give me daily menus - surely these menus are coordinated somewhere with an electronic grocery shopping list ?? thx

Grocery List
Sure, just go to the Diet Tracker page (it's under Diet & Nutrition). You'll see the "grocery list" link to the right near the top of the diet tracker.

Salmon
That sounds delicious! I have problems though with artificial coloring, which lots of salmon contains...which brands, do you know? Thanks!
