Great Salad Dressing Recipe
Anyone out there want a good, low calorie salad dressing recipe???? Try this-- on your greens splash a little Nakano vinegar (I use Roasted Garlic) then drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil---Um Um Good!! Try it and let me hear from you on how you liked it!!

One of my favorite dressings.
Is merely lemon juice from squeezed lemons. In fact my favorite salad is some romaine lettuce, purple onion, little bit of cheese, maybe a slice or two of deli ham tomato, carrot sticks and papaya diced up into little squares

Lemon Cream
A little bit of pineapple juice, squeezed lemon, small amount of reduced fat mayo, stevia (to taste) and poppy seeds. To die for and eat in moderation.

Balsamic Vinegar
Sometimes I just splash balsamic vinegar (no oil) on for the flavor with no fat. I then might add avocado slices to the salad for some healthy fat.
