HCG Is Awesome.
I'm on the HCG Diet drops to help me with my weight loss journey. I was skeptic of it at first and I was scared to hear of the rapid weight loss others were having but I'm the type of person that needs to see results to keep motivated. So I started it, I broke down and bought it and have been amazed at this diet. I have lost 30.4 lbs since Dec. 16th, 2011 and I feel great. I'm never hungry. My hair has become strong and healthy as well as my nails. My skin is a little dry and itchy in this cold weather because I can't use lotions. I have to get used to not wearing makeup during the 40 days but I will do anything they tell me if I keep seeing these results. Soooo I have six more days before I get off my first cycle, and my goal is 40 lbs total that would be averaging a pound a day. I have lost 6 inch in my waist and a total of around 9 inch total all over my body. If you want more information on this or are already on this HCG message me.

Muscle Loss
You are losing muscle, not fat. I've known some who have used the diet and after they go off gained back what they lost and some. Healthy eating and exercising is the best. Remember a slow burn is worth the "weight".

Isnt that the diet that you can only eat 500 calories a day? Im guessing everyone could lose big doing that everyday without a pill?

This diet is dangerous and the possibility of gaining all that weight back as soon as you return to a normal diet is 80-90% likely. Weight loss is not only about the results and a quick fix it is about a life change. I am happy for your results and hope that you keep them!

Listen to 1144 and Gabbie
It is very unhealthy to lose so much weight so quickly. It's about making small changes you can live with every day. There is no magic diet or pill for longtime success. I hope that we are wrong and that you are one of the lucky minority who can keep the weight off.

Bet you thought you wouldn't get this response
It's nice to see others have the same thoughts as myself on fat burners, diet pills and drops. I've kinda been on my own on this subject lately :) It's no way to get healthyl. I really hope your training with cardio and weights to loose that much weight. For every pound loss 25% of that pound is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. The best way to deal with unwanted flab is to firstly begin a monitored and balanced nutritional intake. Secondly begin an exercise program which includes weight training for increased lean muscle tissue, and cardio activity to burn off body fat. Also regular stretching helps maintain and improve flexibility.
This is for all Women, weight training helps to reduce the chance of suffering from osteoporosis. This disease which is a weaking of the bones, is exerienced more often in women than men. The body responds to the stress of weight training by reinforcing the bones with cacium vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals. By the way I'm not a freak it's just a old gaming name I had.
