HELP
I gained 70 pounds over the last two years due to medical issues, boredom and lack of self esteem. I am now ready to get back in the workforce, the world and want my body back under my control. But I know that I need motivation, tricks, tips, to keep at it and especially the exercise (ugh) so I would be grateful for any and all help. Thank You
Lynda

Determine daily habits that you can start to live with (forever) then practice them. What can you do right now? 8 glasses of water per day? track food here every day? at least 10 minutes of cardio everyday? Start small and master some new lifestyle habits then add more as you go and never turn back!

Take one day at a time.
"Don't eat the elephant in one bite"-they say....
Take small ones daily, and soon you will get to your goals.
