HELP!
I just recently started going back to the gym to lose weight and get back into shape and dont really know any of the equipment anymore and am a little intimated by it so I seem to be finding myself very self conscious when I go. Any suggestions??

Ask the trainer or gym attendant to give you a refresher. Don't be shy about it because that's what they're there for. A gym should offer this on your first visit to help you get setup on the machines. You should get some sort of sheet where you can list the machine and settings for the seats/pads as well as track your workouts.

It's important that you do this so you don't hurt yourself. I cringe when I see someone just hop on a machine and try to use it without knowing what they're doing (but act like they do) because it's a fast way to get hurt.

If you're still shy about asking, use the free weights (dumbbells and such). I prefer those over machines any day. Fitness Magazine, Women's Health, Health and Shape magazines all have lots of workout ideas for both free weights and machines.

Good Luck!!

Hello, Nice to meet you here. I would recommend earning money online by using reliable casino sites. As for me, I have been using this CZ online casino site best high roller casino for several months, and I usually earn normal money there. I hope you will buy a PlayStation on the first visit to this site.
