HELP! How do I get my workout plan and diet tracker to sync up?
Hey ALL!
HELP PLEASE! I have entered my workout for the week, but I can't get it to deduct from the calories consumed in the MY PROGRESS section? How do I combined the two so that it is accurate? Also, can I see a weeks summary or just per day??? ANY HELP PLEASE?

Hi
If I understand you question right...

I don't think it works like that.

It doesn't deduct from your calories consumed. Which are the calories you put into your mouth - which don't change no matter how hard you work out. (usually... well, hopefully... :) )

When you enter your "actual" times and weights then "submit" your workout for the day it will enter the calories burned into the "calories burned" column and then deduct them from your "net calories".

RE: Racheljv
You had three workouts with tracked results, but did not click the "submit results" button for those workouts (October 17, 20, 22). Your burned calories will not be reflected on your My Progress chart/page unless you have clicked the "submit results" button so keep that in mind for future reference. We have gone ahead and submitted those three workouts for you, so you should now be able to view the difference in your net results.

RE: ZenIX
For future reference, Net calories are the difference between Calories Eaten and Calories Burned (calories eaten - calories burned = net calories).
