HELP WITH WORKOUT ROUTINE : Community Message Boards

I wanted to know if anyone has a workout plan that I can use that allows you to workout without the use of equipment or joining a gym? PLEASE HELP need to get started!! : ) Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Work out plan
Walking is a good start. Check your TV schedule and see if there are any fitness shows on TV. Fit TV is great, even many public TV stations have fitness shows. Many libraries have DVD's that you can check out for free. Try different ones to see what you like, I'm sure you can find yoga, dance, aerobics, zumba...the list is endless. The most important thing is that if you like it, you'll keep it up. I walk with friends 3 days a week, that keeps me going. I take dance lessons once a week. I don't have a gym and I don't own any fancy equipment. I do have a few hand weights and an exercise bike that I use if I don't walk (I got that at a yard sale) So there are plenty of things out there. It's up to you to find out what you like best!

Thanks, notyourusualmom,I really appreciate the info. I too was wondering the same thing. I too have an exercise bike that I got at a Goodwill Store,a few free weights,and a few stretchie bands.
