hmm
Your probably just gaining more muscle mass..which is a great thing! Try measuring yourself instead of weighing it's so much better! And it doesn't wear you down and make you feel horrible. When I first started losing weight i was overly obsessive about it just do what you can do and don't worry about the pounds just do the measurements I promise you will feel better doing that and it will be fun for you to track your improvements :) It sometimes takes about 2 weeks for you body to get used to an exercise and it will melt right off! Good luck!

What do you mean by "Strict diet"?
I don't know what you have included as a "strict diet", but I have done a lot of independent research on foods and how they affect our bodies. If you are really trying hard and not seeing results, I would look at your "wheat" intake. Cut out ALL carbs except for those in fruits & vegetables, and limit your fruits to 2-3 servings per day. READ LABELS! There is wheat in everything from bread (obviously) to steak. Surprised?? Wheat is in everything! And Wheat is the only thing you consume (besides alcohol) that is clinically proven to increase appetite, particularly for more foods with wheat. It is addictive like alcohol, meaning it attaches itself to those "feel good" receptors in your brain. SO...cut out wheat...you will go through withdrawals at first and could feel pretty bad, but stick it out for a few days, and you'll feel great immediately.

FORGOT 1 THING....
I agree with 1144, you need to eat enough calories. Good thing that when you cut out the wheat, you can eat as MUCH vegetables, GOOD fats & unprocessed meats as you want. When you eat the GOOD fats (such as olives, olive oils, organic butters & nut butters, nuts, seeds, avocado, etc...) you will EASILY get enough calories. When you eat this way, you can even surpass your "calorie goals" and will still lose weight. Seriously...get rid of the wheat (and that's NOT JUST Gluten)
