HELP!!! on Workout Tracker...
I just finished doing the Fit Test for the Insanity workout and I can't seem to add it in the tracker. I was able to find it under How Many Calories Burned, so I added it but on My Progress, it doesn't seem to show that I did anything? Please advice!

Workout Tracker
Hi,

Okay, so now if the Insanity Fit Test is listed under your "MY EXERCISES" section...

1. mouse click under the "Actual - Time(min)" column.
2. enter the total mins you worked out.
3. press the "Save and Update" link. (located directly above)
4. Press the Submit Results/Workout button (located higher above)

Hope this helps.

Workout Tracker Question
So I'm sure you've figured out that I'm also doing the Insanity workout. So I was able to definitely do what you to told me to do with how to track my workouts. But on Friday when I did it, I also had selected a workout plan. Obviously I'm not following the workout plan because I an just doing my own, the Insanity and extra stuff if I can get it in. Anyway, yesterday I made it so I have it under "Track only" but now I noticed that it doesn't record my calories burned. It allows me to put the "Target" but not the "Actual." Do I need to set it up under a workout plan for it to track it correctly?

Hi guys!
Hi Guys,
I wasn't able to completely replicate all your observations, but after some experimenting, I did finally get to a point were I wasn't able to enter my Actual sets/reps/time.

It looks like something is up with saving future Workout Plans, and then wanting to modify it at a later date *shrug*

The one workaround I found, was that I could still "swap" (the "Delete" didn't work) the Workout Plan exercise with something else (from a list drop down box). When I selected something from that list box, I was then able to enter my Actuals sets/reps/time.

Give it a try. In my case, it's not an ideal solution. But, it is a workaround. Sorry.

If anybody else has suggestions(or fix), pls feel free and help these two out. Thx!

RE: ellen4904
When logging into your account, we see that you have not yet submitted your workout for Feb 12. You must submit results for this workout before you can enter your "Actual" values for following days. Calories-burned will not appear on the My Progress page unless you click "submit results" for every completed workout.

RE: ceasanny
As we told the user above, please be sure to click "submit results" when you have completed tracking your workouts. Your calories burned will not appear on the My Progress unless you do so. Also, it should be noted that the "Submit Results" button will not appear on a current date (ie: 2/14) if you have not clicked it on earlier tracked workout (ie: 2/13).
