I have lost 38 lbs using this system and staying within he under 1200 calories. I then felt pretty sure of myself and stopped and with that gained 18 of it back. What is wrong with me? I was looking good feeling good blood work was good oh my!!!!
So I tried Medifast it was good for about a month lost 5 lbs and hated the food. Oatmeal was like cement, soups etc. awful. It got to a point that I could not stand the smell iof it. So a lot of money in the trash!
Then went over to ww loved the program but hard to stay on track. Now here I am back to fitclick where it all began. A which me luck I would like to be down at least forty lbs by my 65 th birthday in oct. so what do you think?
