Have you tried chia seed?
I am really getting into it. I made a pudding with it. It tastes like a nutty tapioca when soaked. It has Omega-3's and fiber. Have you tried any recipies with it?

They are supposed to be better than flaxseed, b/c
you don't have to crush them or grind them or chew them. This pudding is so good!

Chai Seed
I've only tried it in smoothies and it's great. Can you post your recipe and advise where to get your recipe?.

Sure.
The recipe is uber simple.
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 tbsp. organic Wildflower Honey
1 mason jar.
Add all together and shake well
Best to refridgerate for a few days to get the best absorption with those seeds. You can add raisins or chopped dates to make it sweeter.
Some use STEVIA in place of the honey, but you can use agave or coconut sugar, or none at all and use sweetened coconut milk, and add shredded organic unsweetened coconut.
One recipe I saw called for goji berries.

Tazo Black CHAI TEA concentrate in with the Chia.
I halfed the milk.
My hub didn't like the flavor, but I did.
