chia vs. flax...

http://www.easy-vegetarian-diet.com/chia-seeds-vs-flaxseeds.html#.U0mW4VeCHPs

Summary...
If you had to choose between the two, chia looks like the best choice. But, because flaxseeds have different nutritional benefits, it's not a bad idea to add both

Gotta crush flax,
Gotta crush flax, to get the omega 3.
not with chia. Just need to drink LOTS to flush them through!

They are available in almost EVERY store. But buy them in bulk at Whole Foods or Green Life.

The best "quality" chia I have found into this CHIA experience is from TRADER JOE'S. No clumps, when soaked.

I have heard to BEWARE of CHINESE chia seeds, they have none of the benefits, and can be mass produced via genetic mod, or GMO

I get my chia from different places. Most grocery stores carry it... at least in my area. I also order it online if I find a great deal on a good brand ;)
