8191 Chia is ready to eat.
You can have both flax and chia....don't view it as either or/view it as BOTH!!! I soak the seeds overnight, then add them to ANYTHING. They are great for "regularity" I have g.i. issues, and they seems to help move everything to the next "town"...

Chia bought in bulk is best bang 4 buck--
try going to your fav health food store and buy in bulk in bigger chains like GreenLife WholeFoods or EarthFare
