I am looking for new ideas for mealtime. What are some of your favorite fall meals/recipes?

I like ...
to roast root veggies like parsnips, beets, rutabaga, turnip, and throw in a butternut squash. I roast them with olive oil and throw some garlic bulbs in too. Then spread the roasted garlic over the veggies. They taste sweet! Love them.
