Food Everywhere
There is a saying when it comes to dieting. Actually several.
if you fail to plan you can plan to fail. Always have your day planned for what you will eat. Try to stay away from events surrounding food or eat "your" food before you go. Drink lots of water. And remember . . . nothing tastes as good as thin feels. The more you turn down the "bad" food the easier it gets. Think what that few minutes of taste bud heaven will do to your body and all your hard work. It's just not worth it. Hang in there!
