Hello All
Hi to everyone who cares. I finally had that moment where I think "What the eff happened to me". I am very out of shaped and very uncomfortable with he way I look. It's time for a change and hopefully this site will help me along my journey. I would say Carbs are going to be the hardest thing to cut back on.... they are so tasty. Any way if anyone wants to be weight loss buddies or has any helpful tips I WELCOME them!
