Hello from VA
Hi, just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself. I'm a 52 year old male from Fredericksburg VA. I just join Snap fitness last Friday 4/2 in order to lose weight and get back in shape because of health reasons ( High Blood Preasure and was just told I have diabeates). As a younger person I used to work out all the time and was a 190-210 lbs. Over the years I became sedentary and began gaining weight to the point I'm at now 278 lbs. Part of my motivation is my health in that I don't want to be where my Dad is right now with heart problems and failing health @ 80+, also I'm just tired of not feeling right and tired all the time. So now starts my journey to better health and fitness.
