Hello from Va.
Im new to the site my name is Ray and I have the monumental task of losing 80 to 100 lbs. in a year ahead of me for obvious health reasons and doctors orders. And a big problem I have is stage 3 Chondromelacia which makes cardio and lower body excersise difficult. So if there is anyone out there facing a similar task and problem I am open to suggestions.
