I need help trying to find an at home workout I can do. I'm a stay at home mom, and I just had a baby that's 7 months old. I'm trying to lose the baby weight. I just joined this fit click sight so I have no idea how to look anything up. I figured out the calorie counter thing, but that's about as far as I got. Can anyone help me please!?

I'm kind of in the same boat as you. My daughter is one, and I work full time so I dont get a whole lot of time to go to a gym. I have been using the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred video, she is really good, you really feel it in your whole body. Its not the nicest thing to go through but thats when you know its working, each level is only 20 minutes, and she works your entire body, all the places we hate after baby lol. Hope you enjoy the new you after baby. :)
