Water to Diet Tracker
Water will come up as a food in the diet tracker and will be reflected at the top of the page. I follow a simple formula, I typically drink 16 ounces with each meal and about another 24 to 32 ounces throughout the day. I just add 2 glasses of water to each meal I add in the diet tracker and at the end of the day I add the remaining glasses as an evening snack item. Just helps me keep track of my water intake even though I know I drink more than enough. When entering your foods, search for water, it will show up in diet tracker, then just make it a favorite and add it with each diet posting. :)

re:
If you select the FitClick entry for water it should show up in your score card.

Favorites...
I added water to my Favorites list. Since I add it to all my meals/snacks it saves me having to do a search for it everytime I want to use it!
