Help! My will power got the best of me.
I have been trying to lose weight off and on since New Years. 6 weeks ago I got on the diet very, very strong. I've done a pretty good job. I've lost a total of 36 lbs. I resently went to the doctor. He told me I was boarder line with high blood pressure. Well, That went down a lot. But, I gained 7 lbs. back. I'm losing my will power. I really messed up this weekend. "mother nature" has me this week. I hope I'll snap out of it soon. I even lost my motivation to walk.

atleast you recognized that you are losing your motivation. What I do when I loose my motivation is I meditate and visualize the kind of person that I want to be. This helps me get excited about my goals and gets me back into the swing of things.
