Help please
I just started this site the 21st so I'm pretty new. I have figured out the calorie counter and diet tracker wich I love it is very help and very useful. I love the recipe adder its great! However, I am having trouble with the workout traker. I have lots of yoga videos I like to do and I also like to jog, but I cant figure out how to put those things in my log. I can only figure out how to do individual poses and I don't want to do that for a 45 minute video. Any help that you could offer, would be great! Im just really lost when it come to the workout tracker.
Thanks

you can just put yoga
There is an option for just yoga - and you put how long you did it. There is a bikram yoga too (hot yoga) but if you're doing it at home you probably are doing it w/ heat. Both are categorized as cardio.
Jogging - there are several different options, there's an outdoor running, and running on the treadmill - search by run rather than jog and that should show you the options.

Tracking Yoga
At this time, there is no way to track specific home-exercise videos. We recommend that you either track "Yoga" as a cardio exercise to view your burned calories, or go through the process of adding individual poses to your workout tracker. Although that may seem tedious at first, using the "favorites" feature should cut down on time in tracking future workouts.

Tracking Running Activities
Once you've added the appropriate running activity, simply click in the blank fields under "Time" and "Distance" to enter your values. To track your workout and have it reflected on the home page, remember to click "Save Updates" and "Submit Results."
