Help with Strength Quotient
Does anyone know what my strength quotient mean to me????

I think it is primarily related to how much weight you bench press and/or how many pushups you can do. It seems that other exercises don't appear to change my quotient at all. In short, you probably shouldn't worry about it.

Certain macro exercises impact the SQ value (bench, pushups, angled leg press, etc.) more than others. And it becomes harder to move the value as you get stronger.

But it's not a real scientific value -- just a fun index we created to track progress and determine relative strength. We are considering a new formula that will be more accurate and detailed.
