Help with the workout tracker
I am new to Fitclick and have been doing pretty good however, I can't seem to fiqure out the workout tracker? I do cardio three times a week and would like to see what benefits I am gaining. I pick the excerise and enter the time then hit the save and update but it indicates that I need to pick the exertion but I don't know what those numbers are?? Can anyone help me????

I will take a stab at this...
I am fairly new here as well, and I believe exertion relates to intensity of your workout and corresponds with your heart rate. Think of a scale of 1-10 while your exercising, you should roughly fall between a 6-7 intensity, meaning you can talk while working out, but it is some what difficult, and would prefer not to. The numbers beside it, I believe relate to your heart rate, most peoples resting heart rate falls somewhere between 70-80 beats per minute (athlete's will tend to be even lower, but this is just a general range for most of us). So If your cardio equipment has a heart rate monitor, or you have an independent heart rate monitor, while exercising you should watch where your average rate is and then pick the level you exercised at. If you don't have a monitor, then you need to either take your pulse while exercising, or use the Bob Greene method, and gauge by how you feel...If you can sing, you are going to slow, if you can't talk at all, your are going to fast.
