High Protein Breakfasts
I'm looking to change up my breakfast meals; any suggestions for high protein, low calorie & low cholesterol dishes?

Greek Yogurt
I eat Greek yogurt almost everyday with fresh fruit; usually blueberries, raspberries, blackberries & strawberries. I often do have it for breakfast.

breakfast idea
I enjoy chia seeds mixed into the greek yogurt along with fruit. If you mix it all together and wait at least 15 minutes the chia seeds expand and it makes for a thicker consistency. It is really very good. Chia seeds are high in protein and fibre.

THe incredible edible egg.....
Oatmeal has 5 grams, throw some almonds and almond milk on for more.

My favorite breakfast is oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins.
Lunch for breakfast. Try fun options that taste like lunch.
