Holidays: To Diet or Not?
Amidst the holiday season, do you maintain your diet through the holidays or do you cheat? Especially over Thanksgiving, I found it difficult to "stay on track"... What methods do you use to overcome those holiday pounds?

I don't even try to maintain.

I enjoy the holiday foods. I don't skip birthday cake either.

It's once a year - I can recover afterward.

I do keep working out through them (for the most part), and I find the extra food allows me to really make some good gains (aerobic and strength).
